The painting Carpe Diem invites the viewer to reflect on the significance of the present. The past is gone, the future remains uncertain — and so the central message of the work is to live fully in the here and now.
Drawing on the lessons of the past and holding hope for the future, we are called to cherish the uniqueness of each moment, to break free from patterns and repetition, and to embrace life in all its depth and fullness.
