PAYMENT
We use a Paypal payment system, so upon completion of Checkout you will transferred to secure Paypal gateway to proceed with the payment.
In the procces of purchase you may be asked by us or our designee to supply certain information relevant to your purchase, including, without limitation, credit card number, expiration date, billing address, VAT ID, and shipping information. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE THE LEGAL RIGHT TO USE ANY CREDIT CARD(S) OR OTHER PAYMENT MEANS USED BY YOU OR THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT FOR ANY SUCH PURCHASE. You acknowledge that any such information will be treated by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You grant us the right to provide such information to third parties in order to facilitate the completion of transactions initiated by you or on your behalf . Verification of information may be required prior to acceptance of any order.
In case you prefer any other payment method, please do not hesitate to write us at Info@ludmilagorbunova.art and we will find appropriate solution.
The artwork will not be shipped before the payment has been cleared in full amount.
Finishing
Signature is put on the front (artist name and surname) and/or on the back (all the relevant details: artwork name, artist name, materials, size, year and Artist signature).
Sides are coloured in continuous colours or colour of the artwork background.
Canvas is painted with background color even on the back side.
Artwork is covered with appropriate UV protective varnish (there is a time-lag to respect, oil should get dry through before applying a varnish).
DELIVERY
All finishing, packing, delivery, insurance and document costs are already included in the price.
By default the delivery to client address worldwide is organized through by EMS International postal Express Mail Service (https://www.ems.post/en)/ Every parcel is supplied with a tracking number.
Handing and document preparation time can take 5-7 business days.
Usually delivery time can take 2-4 weeks, depending on your location.
However, due to the current COVID-19 restrictions globally, all the major couriers faced certain logistics congestions and back logs. So, please take this notice in consideration and be patient with some delays.
Alternatively the Buyer at his cost might update the delivery service to DHL. If this is the case, just let us know and we will send the separate payment link for delivery. DHL delivery can take 5-10 days.
All taxes, import & customs duties and associated costs are the responsibility of the Buyer. These vary from country to country and local import and customs information could be found on the web.
The seller is not responsible for any customs charges in your country. Please confirm the customs and import costs with your local post office or online before ordering, to avoid any surprise charges once your order has been delivered. If the package is sent back to the seller because you refuse to pay customs, you will receive a refund of the price of the artwork minus shipping cost and any customs charges that the seller may have to pay in the US.
RETURN & REFUND
We advise you take your time when choosing to purchase a painting. The cost of the return postage will be down to you, the customer. Please contact Ludmila Gorbunova if you have any questions regarding a painting if you are unsure on anything.
In the unlikely event you are not 100% happy with the artwork you have purchased you have 14 days of receiving the order to notify and discuss with Ludmila Gorbunova you wish to return your artwork. Once you have notified and arranged a return with Ludmila Gorunova you must return the artwork within 14 days. Cost of return is to be covered by you, the customer. The artwork must be in original protective packaging. Once received, the artwork will be inspected to ensure the piece is returned as it was dispatched. If the artwork is received and approved under the inspection, the refund will be arranged within 14 days. If the artwork is received and not approved under the inspection, the refund will be disputed to that individual case.
Artwork has to be returned by the original buyer; returns are not accepted by anyone else. Proof of purchase may be required for a refund. Return only accepted if artwork was purchased through LudmilaGorbunova.art.
